Includes a separate info sheet similar to the original promo insert, however measuring smaller at 11″ x 11″ compared to the promo insert at 11.5″ x 11.5″ and resulting in compressed printing. Insert is printed in U.S.A. Record labels show “Made in the E.U.”.
